Founded in 1999, the company has grown with experience and with sixteen employees dedicated to their impressive list of clients, their expertise makes then an industry leader in Ireland.

Julian Lynch

Julian Lynch brings expertise in online marketing to the blog, with his eight years experience working in the industry in Ireland. As Commercial Director for metrocafe311, he is responsible for sales management, new and existing business development, and marketing efforts and research for testing new products and services.

As a devout online marketer, Julian has travelled internationally with interests in integrating the online marketing process from customer acquisition to conversions and refinement.

His qualifications include a  B.Sc. (Management) from Trinity, an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology, a post graduate diploma in Information Technology from Dublin City University and is currently pursuing his MBA in UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business.

Aisling Blake

Aisling as a contributor to the metrocafe311 Blog, is especially interested in online industry news, both in Ireland and beyond.  However, she has been known to Blog about anything to do with online, which is a general passion of hers.

As Operations Director in metrocafe311, Aisling is responsible for the service delivery of online marketing campaigns for a range of clients, integrating both online and offline to achieve maximum return on investment for client campaigns.

Aisling holds an honors degree from University College Dublin in International Commerce with French, a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from Smurfit Business School and a Management Practice Advanced Diploma from the University of Ulster.

Emer Lawn

Emer Lawn comes to the online marketing industry in Ireland from New York, and writes for the blog as a way for followers to remain up to date on news and buzz worthy topics in the industry. As an Online Marketing Executive for metrocafe311, she works among the Business consultancy team, working on business development and specialising in Social media.

In addition to her work for clients, Emer is responsible for the marketing of metrocafe311 across various channels, assisting in both new and existing business development opportunities. Dedicated to understanding the dynamic online market, she is extremely interested in defining the difference between the United States, UK, and Irish markets, specifically with regard to how Irish consumers react to the growing online field.

She holds a B.A. in Commuincation Studies and Marketing from Pace University in New York, NY.
